Like many I started from scratch.  I always went to the gym for a few months then gave up when I did not see results.  One day I decided to take the personal trainer certification to apply the knowledge in myself.  When I started and got results that others began to notice it was how I began my journey as a coach.

As for many things in life we never feel prepared one hundred percent to take a risk or an opportunity we simply throw ourselves into it and that is how I decided to participate in the first national bodybuilding competition in 2013 starting my career as an athlete  in this sport.

Through all these experiences I have been acquiring knowledge love of sports and understanding of human behavior towards a healthier lifestyle through exercise and nutrition which I will use to help and support you to achieve your most desired goals!

Female bodybuilder stronger than husband - Theresa Ivancik

Theresa Ivancik is a very active and very energetic athlete. During secondary school was part of the dance team and later began practicing with weights becoming passionate about the modality.

After 10 years in bodybuilding, Theresa Ivancik has reached the pinnacle of her sport.

And the 33-year-old Butler Township resident got there well ahead of schedule.

Ivancik placed second out of eight women in her first professional show in Norfolk, Va., recently. The runner-up finish gave her enough points to qualify for the Wings of Strength Rising Phoenix Show Sept. 9 in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Having faced competition from Brazil, Italy, Canada, Georgia, California and other areas at the Norfolk show, Ivancik will now be up against the best of the best in Arizona.

She will be one of 15 to 20 women bodybuilders, all competing in one open division, from all over the world.
