From season to season prefer to do it at least 6-7 months. That's how much I need to fully recover. In the offseason, staying in shape, exercising at least 3 times a week, follow the diet, use of sports nutrition, particularly amino acids BCAA.
Preparation for competitions is always a very important process that requires strong discipline in diet and regular intense exercise. You need to set a specific goal and go for it.
