At 26 years old and very popular in the fitness world, Toronto Figure standout Lauren has a bright future in the industry.
Our Strong Girl Abs of the week is Lauren Martin-Stow, featured in photos from her debut shoot at this year’s NPC North Americans, where she competed and placed an impressive sixth in her figure division. Although doing well, it looks like the muscular Lauren might be outgrowing the figure ranks and heading for a crossover to the physique division. Then again, considering the sporty nature of some excellent action shots our friend Dan Ray captured — which caught the amazingly strong and athletic Lauren in a few strength moves she makes look easy — maybe this beautiful powerhouse is thinking about trying her hand at fitness.
